Heading southwest on the A31, take the second exit at the roundabout signposted A3049 (Canford Way) heading to Poole. Follow this through two roundabouts. At the third roundabout (Holes Bay North) take the first exit onto the A350 (Hole Bay Rd) heading to Breadstone and Parkstone.

Staying on the A350, go through one roundabout, and at the next one take the third exit, signposted to Hamworthy. After about half a mile, turn left onto New Quay Rd, and we are on the right.
