Selling a boat
Will my boat need a licence?
Only if you are using your boat on the River, on a new boat you get issued from the selling dealer a Certificate Of Conformity that you can provide to the Environment Agency and they will then provide you with a River Licence. If your boat is more than 4 years old you will require a Boat Safety Certificate this can be provided by a Marine surveyor, or call us for advice.
