3. Stock check or supplier sourcing: Once the correct part has been identified, we check availability through two routes:

In-stock items:
If the part is held in our warehouse or showroom stock, it is processed immediately for dispatch.
Non-stock or specialist items:
If the part is not held in stock, we source it directly from approved marine suppliers or manufacturers. This includes OEM parts and brand-specific components that may not be commonly available on the shelf.

4. Dispatch and delivery

After availability is confirmed, your order moves into fulfilment.

In-stock items are prepared and dispatched quickly, subject to daily cut-off times.
