“Little Stint” is a Bluefield R750 houseboat located at Chichester Marina. This unit has 750sqft internal space with 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a spacious living / dining / kitchen area and exterior balcony to the front. The houseboat also required a diagonal gangway as there was a mature tree on the bank beside the berth.

The client requested an alternative exterior finish to this R750 houseboat, opting for a bespoke Tiger-Lite charred wood cladding. This specialist and bespoke process thermally modifies the timber before it lightly burns / chars the surface to achieve the required effect, which in turn highlights the natural patterns in the wood. The end result is stunning.
