RYA Safety Advisory Notice

Following the Coroner’s Report into the “Milly” RIB Incident that occurred in the Padstow Estuary in 2013 it has again been highlighted that when vessels that have Kill Cord engine shut off systems installed are sold the correct use of a Kill Cord should be highlighted to the purchaser through both the handover procedure and the inclusion of the RYA Safety Advisory Notice 2014.
